We do not import nor sell any products which could be in breach with §187, §188, and §188a/1992 of Czech regulation to Czech Republic.

None of our offered products consists of substances which fall under the list of narcotic or psychotropic substances. Furthermore none of the products you could find in our offer is part of Annex to the Act No. 167/1998. The buyer from foreign countries is obliged to comply with the local regulations and laws.

We do not sell any plants containing narcotic substances listed in I-IV according the Single Convention of Narcotic Drugs (regulation No. 47/1965 Coll. amended by Notice No. 458/1991 Coll.) and plants containing psychotropic substances listed in I-IV according the Convention of Psychotropic Drugs (regulation No. 62/1989 Coll.)

We do not sell any precursors and excipients listed in Table I-II of UN Convention against Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (notice No. 462/1991 Coll.) and according to immediate binding European Communities Act.
